Haryana NEET Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment Result

DMER Haryana has released the Haryana NEET counselling 2026 round 1 result or the seat allotment list. First, a provisional seat allotment list has been declared, after which candidates have been given a chance to raise grievances within a specified date. The final seat allotment result will be declared soon. Candidates willing to accept the allotted seat will have to report to the institutes or opt for upgradation by participating in the next round of counselling. The eligibility criteria of candidates participating in the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2026 are given below:

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India
  • Candidates must have qualified for the NEET 2026
  • Candidates who are bonafide residents of Haryana and who or whose parents produces Haryana Residence Certificate.
  • For the Management Category, candidates from all over the country are eligible to apply for the management quota seats of Haryana MBBS/BDS counselling 2026.
  • All candidates (General/ SC/ SC(Deprived)/ BC-A/ BC-B/ Benchmark disabilities/ EWS/ ESM/ FF) who want to take admission in any category of seats should fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as notified by the NTA in NEET notification 2026.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2026 Process

The admission process begins with the announcement of the Haryana NEET 2026 counselling dates. The dates and schedule are announced separately for each round. The Haryana NEET counselling 2026 process involves registration, submission of counselling fee and verification of documents. Check the detailed description below. 

Registration

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Haryana NEET 2026 need to register on the counselling webpage. To register online, candidates have to provide a valid email ID and mobile number. Using the credentials generated during the registration process, log in to the registered account and proceed to fill out the application form for Haryana NEET counselling 2026. Candidates also need to pay a non-refundable counselling fee to submit their applications. 

List of registered candidates and verification of documents

Post the last date for registration, DMER Haryana will release a list with the names of the candidates who have completed the registration process. Listed candidates will have to report before the Admission Committee, Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, for verification of their documents and eligibility. The candidate will be informed whether the candidate is eligible for the counselling of Haryana NEET by the Admission Committee.

State Merit List and Choice Filling

Candidates found eligible will be listed according to their NEET 2026 scores. Eligible candidates will now have to fill in the choice of course/institute by logging into their registered accounts. These choices will form the basis of the seat allocation process.

Seat Allotment List

DMER Haryana will allocate the seats based on the merit of the applicants and the choices filled by them. The seat allotment list for Haryana NEET counselling 2026 will be uploaded online.

Reporting to the allocated institute

Candidates who have been allocated a seat and who wish to continue with the allocated seat need to report to the allocated institute for confirmation of their admission. If a candidate fails to report to the allocated institute before the deadline, his/her seat will be forfeited.

Q:   Do I have to register separately for the counselling of Haryana NEET?
A: 

Candidates who wish to participate in the Haryana NEET counselling will have to register on the official website of the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. However, those who have registered in the first round, need not register again and can directly log in for choice filling. The process to register for Haryana NEET counselling is given below:

  • Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab

  • Click on the Declaration checkbox and click on Continue

  • Enter NEET Roll Number and NEET Application Number

To participate in the counselling of Haryana NEET 2025, candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 2,500 for the Unreserved/General category and INE 1,250 for the Reserved/PH category. The fee has to be paid in online mode.

According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 2,710 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. 

Q:   What if I forget to lock choices during the choice-filling process of Haryana NEET UG counselling?
A: 

It is mandatory to save choices during the Haryana NEET counselling; otherwise, the choices will not be considered and such candidates will not be eligible for seat allocation. If the candidate fills & save the choices, the last saved choices filled by candidate will be considered. Hence, it is very important to check and assess the choices filled and the order of it and to save them properly. In case of any difficulty, they must contact the Helpline Number of DMER Haryana.

Q:   What is the total number of rounds of the Haryana NEET UG counselling?

There are total six rounds of Haryana NEET UG counselling. The list of rounds are given below:

No, if the candidate gets a better option, the seat allotted to him/her initially will be cancelled and the candidate will have to accept the "upgraded" seat. In any case, such "upgrade" candidate will not be allowed to retain the seat initially allotted. Therefore, the candidate must take great care in choice filling for "upgrade".
