Hi Shruti Joshi,
Your chances are less for being eligible to apply in Canada. Please try in Australia, New Zealand, UK or USA. Your education background and work experience are not relevant to your desired program very clearly. You must not only demonstrate your interests but must also have the required background that is PCB in 10+2. You should write to the colleges abroad and clarify directly. Pre-requisite courses may be given to you.

Choice of the course depends on your area of interest.
Nutritionists or dieticians may build a career in the following sectors- R&D (Research and Development), Healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, health centers etc), Government schemes and organizations, NGOs, Teaching, and Education sector.
A nutrition course may offer you vast exposure as compared to an MBA.

For applying to food and nutrition course you need to have B.Sc in foods and nutrition, B.Sc food science and nutrition, B.Sc Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics/Nutrition and Dietetics, B.Sc public health and nutrition, B.Sc food science and quality control or B.Sc. applied nutrition and B.Sc food technology.

Hi,
This profession till date remains one of the most sought by people who wish to make great money and have power in their hands. Though the qualification is not comparable with other high profile courses but it gives enough scope to climb the ladder of success in shorter time. As a health / sanitary inspector you will be more into conducting surveys, reports, field work and research on various aspects of health environment, conditions and the norms to be followed.
