Himachal Pradesh University, Department of Evening Studies offer three-year BCom programme. The BCom curriculum is divided into six semesters. During the course, students are required to choose discipline specific elective and generic elective. Below are the electives available for BCom students:

HPU BA syllabus is spread across six semesters based on the Choice-Based Credit System. The course structure includes core courses, ability enhancement compulsory courses, skill enhancement courses, discipline-specific elective courses and, generic elective courses.

Yes, Himachal Pradesh University reserves some seats for students belonging to Himachal Pradesh. The total management seats will be 10% of the seats for Himachali Bonafide candidates. The admissions of the candidates of Bonafide of Himachal Pradesh under 85% seats to B.Ed. course in all the Institutions/Colleges will be made strictly in order of merit of the entrance test. Below is reservation criteria of HPU:

The total tuition fee for Himachal Pradesh University B.Ed ranges between INR 19,200 and INR 2.4 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Once the aspirants are shortlisted, they need to pay a programme fee to confirm their seat in the university. Apart from the tuition fee, aspirants also need to pay an application fee of INR 1,100 (INR 550 for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates) for B.Ed entrance exam.
