1. B.Tech (4 years): The annual fee structure vary between Rs. 90,000/- Rs. 1,00,000/- If the students are living in the hostels and examination fee will also be added.

For UG courses (B.Tech):
Eligibility: The candidates who have completed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with minimum 45% marks for open category students and 40% for SC/ST category are eligible for this examination.
