Yes, to get admitted to HIMT Chennai's BTech programme, the IMU CET is required. The IMU CET results are accepted for admission to BTech programmes at all HIMT campuses. Therefore, applicants must complete the IMU CET application form and pay the application fee to get admission into an undergraduate engineering course. Yes, a medical certificate is compulsory to get admission into BTech courses at HIMT Chennai. Candidates need to produce a certificate of medical fitness issued by a D.G. Shipping-approved doctor. This document is required to be submitted at the time of admission, when the applicant is selected. This BTech course is offered in Marine Engineering specialisation. Thus, this certificate plays an important role in shortlisting the candidates.
