The entrance exam for admission to the BA courses of Hindu College is CUET UG. The CUET exam syllabus is divided into three sections. These section are: Language, Domain Subject and General Test. The language section assesses candidate through reading comprehension (factual, literary, and narrative), literary aptitude and vocabulary. The general test section includes questions on general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, quantitative reasoning and logical and analytical reasoning. The accepted entrance exam for admission to BA programme of Hindu College, is CUET (UG). CUET is typically conducted in the month of May. It is conducted in online (CBT) mode, once each year. In 2024, the exam was conducted over a testing period of 15 days, starting May 15, 2024. The result for the same is expected to be announced by the end of June. The registrations for the exam started in February and continued till April 2024.

The admission process for Hindu College BA (Hons and Programme) is a multi-step process. The same has been enlisted below:
- Register for CUET UG with DU as the desired university & BA in choses specialisation as the desired course
- Download the admit card and appear for the exam
- Register for CSAS on the official website of DU
- In the CSAS portal, submit the college and course preferences with Hindu College and BA (desired course) at the top of the list
