No, there is no negative marking for wrong answers in HITSEE. You will get 1 mark for each correct answer, and 0 marks for each wrong answer or unanswered question.

I cannot say about the ranks because no data is available. However, if your son is scoring above 90/120 in HITSEE, then he can get B.Tech CSE in Cyber Security.
