As a Science student, you may not have taken courses that are directly related to the courses in a B.A. Programme, but you can still calculate your overall grade percentage using the grades and credit hours for the courses you have taken. To calculate your grade percentage for a particular course, you can use the following formula:
Grade percentage = (Grade earned / Total possible grade) x 100%
For example, if you earned a grade of B in a 3-credit course with a total possible grade of 100%, your grade percentage would be:

As an Arts stream student, you are eligible to apply for the B.Sc. Home Science programme at CCSHAU if you have completed your 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science) from a recognised board. But it is advisable to check the official website of the university to know the procedure of this years admission.

For M. G. Science College, placement is decent. Average package is around 2.5 - 3 LPA and the highest package of B.Sc. Is around 5-5.5 LPA. For Gujarat Science College average Package is around 1.5 -2 LPA and the highest package is around 4.5 LPA. Both the colleges have good infrastructures and faculty. In my opinion, you can go for any one according to your convenience.

The College Cut-off is the minimum mark prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. A merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses. Aspirants must obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in the NEET 2023 entrance examination to qualify for further admission. Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC must obtain marks equivalent to at least 40thpercentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process. Aspirants who belong to the your category are required to score equivalent to at least 50thpercentile.

To take the SCS examination, a candidate must have a Graduate Degree or a Master's Degree. Candidates from various graduation or postgraduate fields specializing in Chemistry Biotech, or Home Science are eligible to take the SCS exams.

Yes, you can apply for the B.A. Pass programme. You will require a minimum of 40 per cent marks in English and you will have to opt for English and at least one subject from home Science.
