The following courses can be helpful in becoming Chef as under.
1. Associate Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Catering Technology.
2. Diploma in Food and Beverage Science.
3. Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
4. Bachelors in Culinary Arts (or Bachelors in Catering and Culinary Arts)
5. Bachelors in Hotel or Hospitality Management. So from above Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in Hotel or Hospitality Management are the most preferred courses for becoming as Chef.

Hi hemapriya, MBA in hospitality is definently a great option but this pandemic will affect tourism and hospitality industry for at least a year and therefore, as always marketing will have better scope and opportunities. But still if you want to pursue your career in hospitality go for it, may be it will take some time but industry will boom eventually.

The School of Social Sciences launched a Bachelor in Hospitality and Hotel Administration in collaboration with the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
