Yes, you can do so but you would not be able to use both the degree together. And it is neither logical to pursue two UG courses.

Basically, the entrance for Masters in HM will be an aptitude test just like others MBA examinations. HM is a specialization which will come in second year. Everyone knows the degree courses is always better than diploma courses. Diploma course also good but in this, the career opportunities are limited. Candidates find more opportunities and career growth with the degree in hospitality management. According to your budget and skills, you can choose one of them.
