If you're interested in BHM after 12th, you can directly approach the college for seats and write the entrance exam. Few colleges have entrance exams and few don't have any such entrance exam. You can directly apply in that case. If you're looking for a reputed institution and a good life in the hotel industry and a better experience, I would suggest you to take up NCHMCT-JEE, it will help you get through all the hurdles easily.
But you need to be prepared in advance for the entrance exam and apply for it before date.

If you want to take admission in Chennai then you can go for Ethiraj College, Stella Maris, MOP Vaishnav or Women Christian College (WCC) for travel and tourism.
