The basic eligibility criteria for the MA programme available at HNBGU Pauri Campus is a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 40-45 % aggregate. The accepted entrance tests is CUET-PG. Students must prepare well for the accepted entrance examination for the successful admission to the available programmes. 

Aspirants who have completed graduation in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC) can apply for MA programme at IMS Unison University. Admission to MA programme is based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates.

IMS Unison University offers admission to BA/ BA (Hons) Media, Communication and Design based on merit of the candidates. The selection is based on Class 12 scores of the applicants. Once selected, aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fees.
