Yes, the Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (MGAHV) offers psychology courses. The MGAHV offers admission to Bachelor's as well as master's courses in psychology.
1. The Bachelor's Degree with Research in Psychology course is available at the UG level.

Admission for Ph.D. is based on UGC NET score and for some seats university conduct its own entrnace test. One can apply online through university website. Elligibility for admission in Ph.D. is Masters with 55 percent.

Yes, you can take MA after completing your B.Com, but you should have at least 50% in your graduation. Because most of the post graduate courses require you to have at least graduate degree no matter what subjects you had.
