It depends upon your interest. If you like economics, you should surely do M.A. in economics. But if you like English, you can go for it. Choice depends upon your interest, as per my choice. I will go for M.A. English. Because of certain reasons, English. is global language you can get job anywhere in the planet, if you are perfect in English. you can never die of hunger no matter wherever you are and many other aspects.

At Fergusson College, the standard cutoff for admission is typically 85% or higher. If you are from ISCE, CBSE, or any other non-state board institute, the cut-offs are more than 90%. (This does not apply to in-house students). It is modest for students in the reservation group.
There are no cut-offs for specific courses because psychology is one of Fergusson College's most popular subjects, hence spaces are filled based on merit (decided by your total percentage).
Best of Luck!

Arrears are generally not shown in your final mark sheet, you may be questioned on your gap years or late graduation so be prepared to answer on that front. Other than that, you will definitely get a call from Great Lakes if you manage to score a good CAT score 85-90+ percentile with a good interview should get you in.
