The BHU offers admission to the M.A. In mass communication programme on the basis of an entrance test. The process is as follows to get admission into BHU for this course:
1. Apply for the CUET-PG exam on the official website of CUET.
2. Select general aptitude and relevant subjects to be eligible for this course.
3. You need to have a grade point average of 35% in your Bachelor's degree to be eligible for admission to this course.
4. After scoring more than 50% in CUET-PG you have to register for BHU PG counseling.
5. Here, you have to give M.A. Mass communication first preference during registration.
6. You will be shortlisted based on your scores, and then you have to do document verification for admission.

Eligibility - candidate should have passed B.A. /B.Sc. /B.Com (Hons. ) with at least 45% marks in aggregate or 50% in the subject concerned.
2. AMU Entrance Exam M.A. Urdu - Aligarh Muslim University
:- Offline mode exam with MCQ & Descriptive
Eligibilty- B.A. /B.Sc. /B.Com. /B. Th. or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
3. DUET PG - Delhi University
MCQ theory exam in online mode.
4. LU Entrance Exam - Lucknow University

Eligibility - B.A. Urdu with minimummarks 45% for Gen/OBC and 40% for SC/ST
5. URATPG - University of Rajasthan
Offline MCQ exam
6. University of Hyderabad Entrance Exam
7. TS CPGET - Telangana common post graduate entrance test
8. YVUCET - Yogi Vemana University Common Entrance Test
