Yes, you can apply for an M.A. at TISS Mumbai regardless of your gap year. The gap year won't affect your application, as the minimum criteria to apply for an M.A. program is a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. You can simply clear the written assessment round of the TISS M.A. Program based on merit. However, you may face some issues in the personal interview round.
