Hello,
If you are willing to prepare for UGC NET Political Science, keep the following point in mind. The syllabus is vast so making priority is important. Cover the easier topics with good marking weightage first. Refer UGC NET previous year question paper http://bit.ly/2OAzePF for the topics which are too difficult to handle, take out the specific sections from which questions are asked. JNU as an Institution is the most Democratic place in India. It allows you to write your answers in either languages (I. e Hindi and English). Some people might object that if it is that much democratic, why don't it allows to write Answers in all 22 languages mentioned in Schedule 8 of Indian constitution. Yes, KSOU is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). And, KSOU degree is for government jobs. KSOU was established on 1st June, 1996. Karnataka State Open University is a recognised university of DEC (Distance Education Council).

Hello,
It is very nice to see that you are interested in going to the education field. Normally speaking, the eligibility criteria for this entrance exam conducted by NCERT is 12th. Now many states have declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th. So please check with the institution from where you did Diploma and obtain this equivalence cert. Once you have this then you can appear for any exam where eligibility is 12th. Best wishes to you.
