the minimum eligibility criterion required for the candidates is to possess a Bachelors degree in English or a relevant discipline from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 60%.

As such, there are no minimum eligibility criteria for IELTS set by the conducting bodies of IELTS. Anyone who wishes to pursue higher studies abroad or wants to work abroad can attempt the IELTS exam (both Academic and General Training).
