It depends on what Bachelors degree you have, because M.Sc would mean you would become a psychiatrist and it will require a doctoral degree and knowledge of medicine. With MA you can be a counselor and psychologist and also teachers, yes M.A will easily get you into NGO and preschools as well as M.Sc will too.

You can do BCA. You must have completed 12th with min 50-60% and you need to qualify entrance exam such as: All India Common Entrance Test (AICET), IPU-MCA-CET Lovely Professional University LPU NEST GGSIPUS, SMUET, BIT MCA JNU MCA NIT MCA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST NIMCET PUNE UNIVERSITY MCA WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM MCA (WB-JECA), JOINT ADMISSION TEST FOR MCA/ M.Sc. You can pursue sociology programme, as Bachelors degree, and do photography course side by side as your hobby. Accordingly you can pursue your professional degree and hobby too.
