Hi Ritika, BDS doctors are dentists. They can't treat anything other than the ORAL CAVITY. You'll find your patients only in urban areas. Patients only go for BDS guys if they want something specific of Oral Cavity and such cases are very rare. So The Scope of Good & Regular earning is limited to Metro Cities. B. PHARM is a good course and has lots of scope. You can bag in M. PHARM from a big brand medical college and voila you are off to good pharmaceutical jobs as well as pharma co vigilance. Almost most of the IITs offer this kind of integrated course. I suggest you to go with IIT-Bombay if you want to pursue that integrated course in Biotechnology.

Simultaneously, doing law with BA is not allowed, but after BA, you can do 3 year law from a good university like DU, BHU etc.

 Most of the IITs now offer Direct Phd as well as Phd after your masters. For direct Phd: After completing your Bachelors degree in relevant field you are required to appear a National Level Competitive Exam (GATE, JAM, CSIR etc). with 75% marks in bachelors or a CGPA of 7.5 or above. Admission After Master's degree in Engineering/Technology (ME/MS/MTech) with minimum 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 or equivalent. Master's degree in science (MSc) with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 or equivalent with NET (CSIR/UGC) or GATE score.
