As far as I know, there aren't many colleges in DU that are not good, if it is the studies that you are concerned about. I'll presume that you are referring to the North Campus colleges and Sri Venkateswara from the South Campus.
You need to score at least 93% to even stand a chance. And that's probably still a very low score that I am quoting. Cutoffs generally go up. Still, if you get a score around 93%, you'll probably make it to institutes that are still good yet not as reputed as SVC, KMC, etc. (like DCAC, DSC, SBSC, etc.)

You can get in from the university library and website also. Check it online. Papers are available in the market also.

It all depends on the student who tops the examination, generally getting such marks as you score might land you in Andra University, but there is no surety as seat matrix is not fixed.

You can apply for B.Ed but you cannot pursue B.Ed simultaneously with Masters.
