As per the UGC guidelines two regular degree/Diploma courses can not pursued together. Because you have joined the GNM Diploma course during the B.A. Course. Hence you can not claimed the benefit of other course at the same time. However both courses are legally valid, but benefit will be given for one course only.

Not more than one year gap is tolerated anywhere in the industry. If you have 1 year gap then it is fine but 2 or more years are not valid and will lead to rejection.
