For this, select a college or university of your choice. Then, go to their website. There, you will find a link or some other option which will lead you to the form to be filled online for admission purpose. Fill the form. Follow all the guidelines and do all the necessary steps required or asked like making payment and filling up of details etc. And there you go. Your work is done.

You will have to apply to the course in the college of your choice. If you match all the eligibility criteria and make up to the cut off list, then you have your admission confirmed. Good luck.

Your score seems fair. In my view, you can apply for the college. I will advise you to check the eligibility criteria of the college, which should be available on the website or you can contact the authorities in person. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria and make up to the cut off list, then you can do it. Good luck.
