This percentage does not matter, you have to fill the entrance exam and then the university will decide which college is suitable for you according to yours entrance result remember there is very few seats are available for this course. You have to score well if you want a good college for journalism.

Yes, maybe you will get admission in this college but you have to wait for the last cut-off as there are only 120 seats available and most of them are reserved for category students.

Yes, you can definitely apply for it. To secure admission in PG programs, the candidate should hold any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised University. Also, candidates belonging to General category should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in graduation and candidates belonging to reserved categories must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in graduation.
Note: Aspirants are advised to thoroughly go through the eligibility criteria as mentioned by IGNOU for the course in which they wish to secure admission.

Admission to Christ University (Deemed to be University) is done on the basis of merit scored in previous qualifying exam, skill assessment and personal interview except for BBA BHM B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), B.Com (International Finance), M.Sc. In Mathematics and B.A. In Media Studies, Communication and Media, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, History, English, Psychology, Journalism. The University conducts its own entrance test for the above mentioned programmes.
