Yes, you can get admission in BA programme in NCWEB and the classes would be on Sunday as well and sometimes, they will be on Saturdays also.

As per my views, history will be better as compared to political science because history can be interesting and political science can get boring sometimes. However, as you said you are in arts stream I doubt you will not be eligible for CSE engineering because PCM is a must condition for the eligibility of CSE.

It depends on the course you want to get into and the category you belong to. If you want to do BA in subjects like Hindi or history and belong to any reserved category, 77% will be enough. If not, you will have to wait for 4th-5th cutoff and if the seats are still vacant then you might get admission.

No, in order to do BA (Hons) Economics, one has to study maths as a subject. It is compulsory.

If you are from general category then you will get admission in Daulat Ram College above 95%.
