No, B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science course is a regular course. You can't do it in correspondence manner. For more information visit Delhi university website.

You should be a BA (Arabic) to become eligible to pursue an MA (Arabic) - Two Years Duration Course - in any University through Regular/Full-time or through Distance Learning Mode.

Its better to have a look on previous year cutoffs on the official website of Delhi University. The cutoffs vary from 99+ to 75+%. You just need to check which course you want to pursue and then match which college you might get. The cutoff remains almost same with a slight difference either increase or decrease. www.du.ac.in
