When it comes to scope, let me be very frank. There are not many options like majority of people claim. To teach at school level, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in education and that's mandatory. If you want to go for college teaching, you need to clear your CBSE NET which in definitely the toughest as compared to other subjects. You need to either opt for Ph.D. which is will at least take 4-5 years. Now apart from teaching? If you are more inclined towards creative fields like media, content writing or news reading then a degree in mass media is again a must. Think wisely. If you are actually looking for a job after Masters then look for some professional courses. Thank you.

Hi, Career options for students who have finished their graduation in history are quite high. They can go for advanced studies or get jobs. Those who would like to pursue their studies can go for Master's degree in the same field. Students can also appear for the UPSC or the state wide PSC tests. They can also appear for the SSC tests. Those who like the teaching profession can get the B.Ed (after B.A. Or M.Ed (after M.A. Degree and apply for teacher or lecturer positions. Many other job options are available too. A few include:

Firstly, I want to say about the question pattern asked in entrance exam of Amity University for B.A. Tourism administration. There are total of 150 questions of 300 marks. The questions asked are divided into four parts.
1. 25 questions of Language subject (you have to choose either English or Hindi)
2. 25 questions of general awareness.
3. 25 questions of general mental ability.
4. 75 questions of subject test. (In subject test there are total of 7 subjects which is geography, civics, economics, history, logic, Sanskrit and Urdu. You have to choose only 3 subjects from above while filling form of entrance exam of Amity University).
Now come to syllabus. There is no official syllabus for entrance of BA in Amity University. However, if you read Lucent General Knowledge then you cover mostly the questions of subject test except logic, Sanskrit, and Urdu. As Lucent General Knowledge is bible of all competitive exam whether it is BHU entrance exam or all other competitive exams. The questions asked in language subjects, General Awareness, General mental ability test are simple and easy. You can easily solve them
