Dear Santhosh,
For UPSC, there is no certain course or specialisation to be studied to attempt the exam. You just need to have Bachelors degree to qualify for the exam. You need to devote a lot of time. Start preparing for the exam right away. The syllabus is huge and the more you cover the better you prepare. Take a degree in which you can handle the degree and also, prepare for the exams. Do not mess up too much stress as it will trigger a bad result in handling UPSC exams.

Yes, it is said so. Economic Geography has been helping develop the nations such as the United States. This allows researchers to understand the structure of the area's economy and also its economic relationship with other areas around the world. Economics is such a large topic to study and understand.

Hi Akansha!
It is good to have something additional along with your graduation degree. However, the kind of course totally depends upon your area of interest and your career aspiration. Being the economics students, you can pursue some course related to Finance, Investment or Risk Management. Based on the industry trends, the skills of 'Advance statistics', 'Data Analytics', and 'Machine Learning' are highly expected from Finance and Economics students. Finally, my recommendation is to start your parallel course with MS Office training. Be an expert in Excel (Scenarios and Sensitivity Analysis, Visualization, PowerPivot (must do) and PP
