If you have left your previous institution by choice, then you can again try for this course in Delhi University of your grades are considerably good. You won't face much challenges there it will be like normal graduation course, you can apply there won't be any issues for dropping.

To get admission in B.A (H), you need to fulfill the Bachelor of Arts B.A Eligibility as below. Interested aspirants for the undergraduate degree must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria. Completion of 10+2 or High School Senior Secondary exam by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or equivalent
A minimum score of 50% aggregate at 10+2 level
