Doing a full time media management Masters or PG course itself is very demanding and engaging, and you may not be in a position to do any other course. However, a course related to the creative content development side (digital film making, digital marketing communication content, branded content, advertising copy and creative production, social media content production, creative writing, etc. ). Can be useful add on skills and courses along with media management.

Both subjects are very similar. But I would suggest pursuing an Honors in B.Sc. If you are looking for job opportunities. If you pursue B.Sc. Economics Honors then there are better chance of employment.

It is a certification course. I don't see why you can't opt for it. But I am not sure whether it is available to be pursued through distance.

To be fair, BJMC is better than BA, because it is a professional course and is job oriented. Also, it focuses more on developing individual's personality through more practical work. BA in Mass Communication is usually theoretical and has less practical work.

If you are looking for distance education, then try IGNOU. It is a very good institute and will provide BA through distance.

You will have to clear your UG to pursue any PG course. You can pursue Diploma based on class 10th, but that is not recommended.
