Yes, students from arts stream too can pursue BCA without any problem. Not every university will provide you admission but there are many universities which are willing to provide admission to arts candidates too for a BCA degree course. You should look for such colleges within your area.

This year onwards, IPM will be a graduate degree. So, you won't be facing any issue, be it giving entrance exams such as UPSC, or doing Ph.D.

Hi, No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category, then surely as per the eligibility you can have.
