With so much backlog, you will not get admission to file visa. I suggest you do one year Masters in UK. Make sure you clear it with good marks, then apply for a PG Diploma in Canada. Anyway Masters in Canada are two year programme, this is the only way you can get into Canada on study route.

You cannot pursue two regular courses simultaneously together. Your best bet would be to pursue one through distance mode to avoid trouble later.

Age is not a factor to pursue Higher Education. You can try IGNOU to pursue the course through correspondence, if you are unable to attend regular classes.

Hi,
Your score is too low still.
You can opt for Kolkata University affiliated colleges like:
-Presidency College. -Loreto College
-Ashutosh College.
Hope you get into a good college. Good luck.

It would be best if you start the second course after you have completed the first one. You cannot show two degrees in your resume if done together. Doing double degree is still not accepted. If you want you can do but can show degree at a time wherever needed.
Regards.
