Entry into 2nd year will not be possible. You will have to study from 1st year again. Universities don't allow admission into 2nd year on the basis of completing 1st year from elsewhere.

You can do management in agriculture. It is a good option indeed. But, you can also prepare for SSC CGL and UPSC determination is needed here. You can also do MA, if you're willing to pursue your MA or Ph.D in some other subjects of your field.
