Yes, for Ph.D, you need to qualify the entrance test of the university you aim for. Ph.D admission is easy as you might get preference and shall also be exempted from. The entrance test is a bit competitive.

AUCET 2018 Exam will be conducted on 13th May 2018 for M.A. HRD, M.Ed M.P.Ed MHRM. Also for others degrees on same date as well as other dates. Below attached link provides further details of AUCET 2018.

Just learning Japanese language with no interest in their culture and country is of no use. Japanese grammar is also a bit tough. But if you wish to travel to European country Germany you can learn it. However German language is more popular than Japanese
