Your query is quite genuine. The problem with centralised and online admission process is that: late-comers are kept out. You need to find a university, there are plenty of them which do not have this system and colleges admit students directly. Just go to any college in your place and enquire.

There are plenty of institutions offering distance education of graduation in Kolkata. These are affiliated to different universities who finally confer the degree. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information on this aspect.

It's not a routine subject but very interesting nonetheless. It's actually a study of homo-sapiens. There is enough potential for the students. Teaching, research, HR, etc. Of course, a number of jobs are not very many but then not very many students pass out. So, it matches. But I would advise you to select this subject only if you like this subject.

Yes, indeed. But firstly, let me appreciate your desire to continue your studies for PG even if in external mode. Savitribaie University offers many courses to external students who for varied reasons are not able to attend regular classes in college. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Both these universities located in Delhi offer admissions in their PG programmes based on the entrance test conducted by them. But I am afraid, the stage is already over for both these universities for admission in the 2018-19 session. But yes you can prepare for seeking admission in the year 2019-2020.
The websites of both these universities give out in detail all the required information.
Best wishes.
