Candidate must have passed 10th passed from the recognized board to pursue a Diploma in Mining Engineering from Usha Martin University. You can apply directly to the college with the required information.

It's completely your call but I would suggest you go to Hindu College as it is a part of DU. DU is one of the best universities in India.

The basic eligibility criteria is that you should pass 10+2 examination from a recognised board and have scored above 50% in the graduation from a recognised university.
