Getting low marks is okay, provided you take corrective action of studying sincerely and purposefully. Yes, you can take admission in MA, but please study regularly and intelligently.

BA/B.Sc (in the 10+2+3 pattern) with Major/ Honors course in a relevant subject. Or BA/B.Sc with general/pass course with 45% in aggregate CGPA as well as in the relevant subject.
Selection Criterion:
Merit in the qualifying examination and entrance test.
