Eligibility for Master of Arts (MA):
Candidates must have hold of Honours/Spl. Honours/ graduation degree under 10+2+3 pattern the relevant /concerned subject from a recognized university. A candidate must have passed the qualifying degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled, etc.).

Hello,
Yes, you can opt arts field as you have done a postgraduate program. There would be no such restriction about the stream. You just need to be graduate in any field to do MA.

Yes, you can easily get admission for B.Sc in agriculture. If you want to pursue your B.Sc from North India then I would like to recommend you some best B.Sc agriculture colleges according to my perception.
Below is the list:

2. HT Campus, Dehradun
3. Tula's Institute, Dehradun (best college)

Eligibility for MA is:
Candidates not having Major/Honours courses must have the concerned degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or 5.5 CPI in a 10-point scale for General/OBC category candidates and a minimum of 45% aggregate marks or 5.0 CPI in a 10-point scale for SC/ST/PD category candidates.

Eligibility for MA Economics:
Interested aspirants for economics degree must fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
BA (Hons) in Economics subject minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation.
Although, the eligibility criteria may differ for the entrance exam procedure and merit-based admission process. As in Delhi University the eligibility for merit-based admissions is aggregate 50% in BA (Hons) Economics done from DU only.

Ph.D admissions are announced separately at most of the universities. These days, the routine admissions are going on and these will be followed by Ph.D admissions notices. Kurukshetra University shall be coming up with its forms after July. You have the option to do Ph.D from any reputed university. DU, PU Chandigarh, KUK, Amity, JNU, Himachal Pradesh University and many other state, central and private universities have not yet released their admission forms. Remember that, the number of seats shall be different.

The North Campus and colleges of DU have a reputation which is acknowledged pan India. Besides, Hansraj College is widely appreciated and is certainly a good choice for the Bachelor's degree.
