Elon Musk is a genius person learned computer programming at the age of 12 and after his high school he earned degree in physics and just dropped out from Ph.D. to pursue his dream career. So basically he is following the same Indian education system. But the thing is he has a goal which he has achieved so there is no difference. He will follow the same as what he had followed.

Hi Aroup,
Yes, you can still apply for the same. The eligibility criteria and average course fee charged in India for the course vary from institute to institute. The minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognised institute/ university.

Here are some of the best courses for arts stream student after 12th:

Which university?
As every university had a different criteria. If you do B.A. Programme from DU SOL that is correspondence, B.A. Programme is a course in which you don't get specialisation in any subject. But, you get to study 2 different subjects with specializations in neither. It's good for people wanting to do UPSC or any other government job like it.

I could't find any college in India. The best college is in UK. You can apply for distance learning of the course. Good luck. Thanks.

I think, no because D.El.Ed is not considered as a graduate degree. It's only a Diploma of 2 years. It's better that you go for graduation which is 3 year full fledged course. Also, graduation had more value. Or, for better option, you can go for B.El.Ed, a 4-year course. After that, you are eligible for teaching. Then, you don't need to pursue B.Ed.
I hope this helps.
