Hello Khyatee, Yes, students have to fill up forms for HSC exam sometime in Sep-Oct and submit same to school. Centres for exam are allotted by the board depending on many factors. But I have not understood your statement "does all centres have all the departments? ". I f you can clarify, I can surely advise.

Hello Tribeni, The admission process for admissions to UG, PG and other courses has opened in DU. Its in online mode only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission. 100-max marks
40-general cutoff (on average)
Negative marks-yes (but don't know exactly and please comment if you know)

Indian constitution
Public administration
International relations
