First of all, I would recommend you to think about this situation again as this would make your previous qualifications (B.Tech and M.Tech) of no use. You can always complete your M.Tech and do the BA course whenever you're free. But withdrawing your M.Tech course in between and going for BA will raise many questions. Ultimately, it's your decision and you can opt for BA with the same university if they have the particular course.
Best of luck for your future.

There are many job opportunities for you, but the best out of the box is Indian Railways this is not my opinion, this is the opinion of many candidates just like you who are serving in Railways today with a secure future for a better tomorrow.
Railways jobs provide numerous benefits to the employees in terms of travel allowances, housing allowances, railway passes, free healthcare, child care, and much more.
Thank you.

It is well-regarded in India and outside as well. And, you will be able to get the best jobs and academic positions at least in India for sure (those available to a Ph.D student). Also, studying in one of the IIMs myself, I would say that there is no dearth of resources.
