Of course, you can pursue a Geography course in Hindi. Many colleges and universities in India offer Geography courses at the Hindi medium level. GIS (Geographical Information Systems) or Environmental Studies are also very popular fields of Geography where students pursue courses in Hindi.

Historically other educational institutions providing such programs or similar courses were Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU) Hyderabad and Shree Maharshi College of Vedic Astrology.
