No, you are not eligible for the DSSSB 2024 TGT Social Science exam with a BA and an MA (Hons.) in Philosophy degree. To be eligible for the exam, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 45% in a Bachelor's degree with at least one subject being History or Geography, and the other being any one of History, Geography, Economics, and Political Science. Along with this, you also need to have a BEd degree or equivalent with 45% marks.

As per the guidance the eligibility for appearing exams and the rules regarding gap year can vary depending on the university if you want to take exams for a BA sol firstly you have to know the rules of that university because it depends upon the university's guidelines every year the guidelines are change so if you contact with university's then they may discuss your gap year problem if it is possible.

Admission for the first semester of post-graduate courses at Nowgong College, Nagaon for the 2024-2025 session began on August 14, 2024. The provisional merit list for these courses was published on the college website on August 12, 2024.
