Yes, Central University of Himachal Pradesh BA admission is entrance based. Candidates who have qualified the eligibility criteria for the BA course and have secured a valid score in the national-level exam CUET are eligible to apply for CUHP BA admission. CUHP offers BA course across two specialisations. These are Shastri and Sanskrit. The UG-level programme is an honors degree progarmme lasting three years. The BA (Hons) is spread across six semesters. Candidates who have qualified the eligibility criteria for the BA course and have secured a valid score in the national-level exam CUET are eligible to apply for CUHP BA admission. 

Eligibility criteria: Class 12 with a minimum of 50% Marks or an equivalent grade from a recognised school board.
