The main requirements for admission to Hyderabad School of Business's MBA programme are as follows-
- A bachelor's degree in any field, or its equivalent (10+2+3 or 4 pattern), from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points must be held by you.
- A valid score from entrance exams such as HYSEAT (the entrance exam for the Hyderabad Business School) or CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT is required. Work experience could be given some weightage.
- The full-time MBA programme has an upper age limit of 28 years. Age reductions in accordance with university policies apply to reserved categories.

In order to get admission in GITAM School of Business for Hyderabad campus the student need to sit for entrance exam, i.e., GAT. This is to note that, the candidate who have valid national-based entrance exam score (CAT/XAT/ UGAT) are exempted from the GAT exam. For more clarity, students can check the table presented below:

If you have completed Masters in the English, you have a very good career option available in the lectureship and Research programme. The NET Exam is conducted every year in the month of June and December. To become eligible for the NET Exam, you need to complete Masters in the given field with 55 % marks (For women and reserved candidates the eligibility is 50 % marks). The age limit to appear in the NET Exam is 30 year for the Unreserved candidates (while for the Female and Reserved candidates the eligibility is 35 years). If you qualify the JRF Exam you will get scholarship worth INR 25,000 per month.
