Lots of practice and tips. Would highly recommend it. Lectures were well-conducted and doubt solving sessions were held at flexible timings. Which also helped me to score good in my IB. It depends from student to student, but according to me Coaching helped because it gave me an idea about the exam and various strategies. It was really helpful. You can take training from them. They also guide me in the application process, there were lots of things that I was not aware of. But the counselor gave me a clear picture to build my profile. Hope this helps!
