Both are equally good. What matters more is where you reside and the location of your dream B-school. Anyway, there isn't a huge difference between the two cities in terms of good B-schools but in my opinion, choose Bangalore if possible.

Without writing any test, it's simply not possible to get admission. The only possible option that seems feasible to me is for you to approach private Engineering college for admission in management quota.

Any good colleges offer BBA programmes based on +2 marks, and personal interview etc. Noida and delhi, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Shaheen Sukhdev College, and at Hyderabad, IIPM and Sivasivani Institute Of Management can be joined.
