Yes, the university offers an MA course in Journalism and Mass Communication specialisation. Some of the PTU-affiliated colleges also offer the PG course. The university accepts Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scores for admission to an MBA. Hence, aspirants must have a valid CMAT score to seek admission. The duration of this entrance test is three hours. Moreover, it is conducted in CBT mode, which is Computer Based Test. To appear for this exam, students need to visit the NTA website (nta.ac.in) and apply. 

The total tuition fee for PTU MBA ranges between INR 11,700 - INR 3.6 lakh. This fee range includes fees for the MBA course at the main campus along with the affiliated colleges as well. The university releases fee structure on its official website or in the brochure for every admission year.

PTU BTech 2025 counselling will start in soon. There will be two rounds of counselling. The candidate has to pay Counselling Fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable) to participate in Centralized Online Counselling. : The candidate must carry all the related document(s) at the time of reporting / admission, based on which he/she is participating in Centralized Online Counselling and claiming the seat, otherwise, the provisionally allotted seat will be cancelled and candidate will have no right to claim the seat again.

The university offers BTech (four-year) in nearly five specialisations at the main campus. Candidates after completing Class 12 can apply for any of the below BTech specialisations:

• Computer Science Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

The aspirant's performance in Class 12 along with their JEE Main scores and ranks are considered for admission to the BTech courses. Additionally, the student must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates with a valid JEE Main score can further fill out the IKGPTU application form online (ptu.ac.in). The university releases a merit list after the conclusion of the application process followed by which selected students are called for counselling.
