The minimum age for UPSC exam is 21 so in 2021 you will be eligible.

Can I pursue UG in regular mode after completing class 12th in arts from NIOS? Will I be deemed eligible to appear for IAS exam?

Yes, you can because from our institution you can get a UGC certified degree. So, you are eligible for all examinations.

Education Qualification: must hold a PASS Bachelor’S degree from any of the Universities
Age Limit: must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the 1st of August, 2016
