IBPS Clerk exam centre details are mentioned in the admit card. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter the required credentials such as the registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. Candidates need to appear for the exam in the centre allotted them. They need to carry the printed copy of their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre.

The list of IBPS Clerk exam centres is released along with the notification. Candidates need to select their preferred exam centres while filling the application form. One exam centre each can be selected for the prelims and Mains exams. IBPS Clerk exam centres are allotted to candidates based on their preferences. In case of unavailability of the preferred centre, candidates are allotted to the next available centre. IBPS reserves the right to allot exam centres to candidates. They should select the exam centres carefully as it cannot be changed after final submission of application form.

Ration Card and Learner's Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof for IBPS Clerk exam. Candidates should note that their name appearing on the call letter should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identift proof. If there is any mismatch between the name
indicated in the call letter and photo identity proof are not allowed to appear for the exam. In case of candidates who have changed their name are allowed only if they produce Gazette notification/their
marriage certificate/affidavit. Photo ID should be valid as on the day of the examination.

Candidate registration inside IBPS Clerk exam centre is done through photo capture. The photo captured should match the one uploaded during filling the application form. Candidates must not change their appearance from the photo uploaded by them. Photograph is taken while candidate is standing. Seat numbers are given to candidates after registration.

Candidates are required to bring one additional photograph (same as pasted by the candidate on call letter) to IBPS Clerk exam centre. Candidates reporting without a photograph (one pasted on the call letter and
one additional photograph) will not be allowed to appear for the exam. It is advised that candidates should retain eight copies of the same photograph which is uploaded at the time of application process.

Candidates are not allowed to carry Stationery items such as textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, log table, electronic pen/scanner. Any communication device such as bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band, etc. They cannot carry goggles, handbags, hairpin, hair band, belt, cap, wristwatch, camera, metallic item, etc. Eatable item is not allowed. Candidates must avoid wearing rings, earrings, nose-pin, chains/necklaces, pendants, badges, brooch, etc.

Candidates must carry any one of the photo-identity proof-Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License, etc. To the IBPS Clerk exam centre along with the admit card. The photo-identity proof will be verified by the exam centre officials. Along with the original photo-identity proof, candidates should also take the xerox copy of it.
